Carter to Monitor Contest
Jimmy Carter, 39th president of the United States and a noted election monitor, has announced he will oversee next week's American Idol contest. Stating that a fair and open phone bank is "not just peanuts," Carter has not openly endorsed either finalist. He was, however, overheard humming Build Me Up Buttercup after his press conference.
