The Voice and Totality of Goodness of Clayton Aiken Day: Gift to UNCC There was a Broad Bobblefest in Charlotte last night, and we look forward to all the Broad's Eye View Reports. For today, in honor of The Voice and Totality of Goodness of Clayton Aiken we are focusing on the way Clay took a performance opportunity, and demonstrated, once again, his generosity and focus on his charitable works. In this AP News Article, reporting on Clay's donation to UNCC, we read the follwing quote and our hearts swelled: ""It's great to be back here," Aiken told the crowd of 9,105 as he helped present a check for $20,000 to the school at halftime. Aiken waived his appearance fee in exchange for the donation to the school paid for by private sponsors. "The money will be used in the school of education to help students train in special education, Aiken said. "When I was here studying special education I learned how important inclusion is. I saw the amazing benefits that inclusion can bring for students with special needs and those without.""
