The Voice and the Totality of the Goodness of Clay Aiken Day -- A Kind Heart
making everything in its vicinity freshen into smiles. --Washington Irving For the moment, cast aside the man in the gorgeous tux that walks the red carpet. Cast aside the pop star who sings to unreal heights. Even cast aside the man with his own foundation, just for the moment, and ponder... Ponder how lucky we are to have him in the world...even if he wasn't famous; even if he moved on with his plans and we never knew he existed.
Now ponder how lucky he is to discover those he didn't know existed.
Ponder those he's touched in both lives: The very young...
...the not-so-young...
...the beloved.
Now ponder the child within him.
Just ponder "Clay" today.
Forget the voice coming out of that body
