The Voice and Totality of Goodness of Clayton Aiken Day: Contgratulations to Clay on Hiring The Firm
Lecherous Broads for Clay Aiken join fans around Clay Nation to congratulate Clay on reportedly firing 19e as his management team, and replacing them with The Firm. We broke out the Purple Tassels and are doing the Nek'kid Happy Dance at the thought this means one more step in the epic journey of Clay Aiken's successful career.
We wish Clay every success in achieving his professional and personal goals, and hope his new manager, Jeff Rabhan, treats Clay with the consideration and respect Clays' incredible talent, generous spirit, and intriguing personality warrant. We look forward to many years of enjoying the delights Clay alone delivers. As news of this career move swept the internet this week, I was most interested in the tid bit that Mr. Rabhan is a member of the Advisory Council for mpower. I'm also impressed by the following description of The Firm described in a press release unrelated to Clay: "About The Firm The Firm is a seven-year-old entertainment management and brand company with interests in music, film and television. Artists repped by The Firm include the Dixie Chicks, Linkin Park, Audioslave, Michelle Branch, Enrique Iglesias, Ice Cube, Korn, Limp Bizkit, Puddle of Mudd, Staind, Rob Zombie, Leonardo DiCaprio, Cameron Diaz, Orlando Bloom, Adrien Brody, Benecio Del Toro, Vin Diesel, Samuel Jackson, Robert DeNiro, Dustin Hoffman, Heather Graham, Kate Hudson, Brittany Murphy and Martin Scorsese, among many others." We would also like to welcome Mr. Rabhan to the weird, wild and wacky world of Clay's fandom, by pointing out that while we will cheer him on for any good we perceive he contributes to Clay, we will also complain about perceived missteps, slights or exploitation of Our Idol/Buttercup/Stallion/His Royal Hotness/Golden Grasshopper/Tiger. Oh, and I think it hardly needs mention, he can reasonably anticipate we will make extensive lecherous use of The Firm's name ;-) We are here for the long haul, Mr. Rabhan. We have Clay's back. Congratulations, Clayton! Enjoy your FREEDOM! We wish you continued success in your career, and, of course continue to extend our best wishes for your personal joy, peace and well being. How fitting that you sang Fantasy the week this news broke: Every man has a place, in his heart there's a space,
And we will live together, until the twelfth of never Every thought is a dream, rushing by in a stream, Our voices will ring together until the twelfth of never, Come see victory, in the land called fantasy Our minds will explore together, old worlds, we conquer, forever Come to see, victory in a land called fantasy, It's your day, shining day, all your dreams come true
Nelle Thanks to Corabeth at CH for the link to mpower Thanks to Clay Aiken, for everything Congratulations to Clay on reports he worked the stage and rocked out at Wango Tango yesterday, then mesmerized the crowd of 60,000 with a stunning performance of Solitaire
