LBFCA Thanks Clay for Saying Thanks to Fans and for Broadway Yesterday, Clay's latest message to his fans was posted at his RCA site: "5-25-04 :: I have said so many times how amazed I am at the amount of support and encouragement I receive from such incredible fans. I have never felt as blessed and honored as I did this past week when I performed with Heather Headley on her benefit concert for "Broadway Cares" Equity Fights AIDS. Your spirit and enthusiasm helped make this fundraising event such a success, and the well wishes sent to me at the New Amsterdam Theater made the evening especially memorable. I am so thankful for your support of such a wondferful cause and for your continued support of me. Health, Happiness and HOPE Clay" Well, what's LBFCA to do with that? First, we'll remind everyone to enjoy Lila's Broadway BEVR (to imagine how it felt to be right there), then, we'll post photos from the event (to drool and gush over how beautiful Clay looked while he sang "Can You Feel the Love Tonight" so wonderfully), and thank Clay for thanking us (because he doesn't seem to get it, still, how much we love him), and post a link to the Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS donations page, for those who may be so inclined to contribute (because it seemed like a good thing to do). We were ...
delighted to see how happy he looked to be there:
impressed by and at the same time jealous of Heather Headley:
gasping for breath when we saw this close up at the stage door:
But, lest Clay believe we only love him when he's in his designer clothes, I can reassure him quite a few Broads were drooling over bare legs (ok, and the forearms, too!) when they saw this:
