Cox:
We're here live with the Purple Medal winning gymnastic team.
Rowdy:
Look at all these GORGEOUS Broads!
Cox:
Do I have to call Cookie with her Spat'lar again?
Rowdy:
Uh, do you REALLY want me to answer that?
Cox:
Welcome, Granny in NY, Pam andAmy E...
You all have a lot to be proud of... Purple Medals in everything from Rhythmic Events to Floor Excercises. All those moves, how did you do it?
Pam:
Being flexible is just something that comes naturally to me.
Cox:
Pam, we've seen you on this haystack podium more than once in these games! Impressive grasp of the physical you have.
Pam:
Well, you know ... What can I say? I've got the skills.
Rowdy:
Granny in NY and Amy E. one on floor exercises and one participating in the rhythmic competition. What was the biggest thrill for each of you.
Granny in NY:
Finding myself on the floor with a thick layer of ginger fuzz all around me.
Cox:
Well, that serves as an excellent visual.
AmyE:
For me, well, just everything about it. The rhythm of the music helped me visualize what I really wanted to happen. I could see it all in my head, but yet, it wasn't real. Does that make sense?
Cox:
You were able to put yourself into an ideal situation without actually BEING in that situation.
AmyE:
It was great!
Cox:
Well, there you have it. Skills, fuzz and an overactive imagination have helped this team to their first-ever purple medal. Rowdy, who do you have over there?
Rowdy:
I'm here with Anita who just finished up the BreastStroke competition ... held on the banks of the 'Holdin' Fast Home at Last' river here at the Double O Wild BEVR. Anita, tell us, how was the water?
Anita:
Water? Uh, the competition was held on the banks of the river.
Rowdy:
The Breaststroke is typically a "water" event correct?
Anita:
Oh there was moisture alright, but we weren't in the water.
Rowdy:
I think we'll let that speak for itself.
Cox:
Be sure and join us tomorrow as we bring to an end the Ranch Summer Olympics.
